A Glimpse of Heaven?

As ambassadors, when we truly do our job of reconciliation with everyone whom the Spirit is calling we find it might look differently than we expected. I came across a video of a familiar contemporary song but with a different look and sound from what we might expect.  I believe it is a small glimpse of what worship in heaven will look like.  We are to judge people’s teachings and actions whether they are from God or another spirit, but it is not our job to judge whether a person is or is not “worthy” to hear the Gospel.  Our responsibility is to be faithful to Jesus and to walk as he walked.  Sometimes that means being open to sharing Jesus with those whom God may put in our path but who put us out of our comfort zone.  Joel prophesied that God’s Spirit would be poured out on all people, women, men, young and old, rich and poor, and powerful and broken.  When we meet a person in obvious rebellion to God, does our body language tell him or her that we accept them where they are or that we would rather not be talking to them?  When we do the task Jesus gave us of making disciples of all nations our worship will be richer. I hope you enjoy this video: Holy Is the Lord (World edition) with Chris Tomlin

Be God’s Billboard for Christ. Fill the earth with His Glory by becoming the holy and pure reflection of Jesus (the new creation) and by bringing reconciliation through Jesus to a dark and lost world. The Bible says, “Now is the day of salvation!”
